Order processing time

At PetClarity, we aim to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. All orders are processed within 1 business day. During this time, your order is packed and prepared for shipment by our fulfillment center.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

 

Shipping locations & delivery times

We currently ship within the United States only. Estimated delivery times:

  • Continental U.S.: typically 2–5 business days after processing
  • Alaska & Hawaii: 5-8 business days. Shipping may take longer due to location and carrier schedules

Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.


Tracking your order

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package’s progress.

 

Shipping delays & unexpected issues

While we work with reliable carriers, delays can sometimes occur due to weather, carrier issues, or other circumstances outside our control. In rare cases, accidents or damage may occur during shipping.

If your package arrives damaged, is lost, or you experience any major shipping issue, please contact us at support@petclarity.co. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Incorrect shipping information

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. PetClarity is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at the time of purchase.
