You have 90 days from the date of delivery to try the product and see how it works for your dog. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return and refund.
Returns for dissatisfaction
If you are not satisfied with the product:
- Contact us at support@petclarity.co within 90 days of delivery
- Our support team will guide you through the return process
- Return shipping costs are paid by the customer
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund
The return address is included with your package. If you need it again, simply email us and we will provide it.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at support@petclarity.co as soon as possible.
In these cases:
- We will cover the return shipping costs
- We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you
- We may request photos of the issue to speed up the process
